Is it spring yet?

This is Joe's new smile. He thinks it's hilarous.

Baby boy is going to learn how to cook, and dress, for comfort.

Coolness be damned, sometimes you have to bust out your halloween costumes just for fun.

Nesting cups are a big deal these days.

As a true Tar Heel, Joe usually has a blue cup in his hand.

Sometimes the food even gets IN his mouth!

Bathtime is where it's at!

We are in the "if he shows interest in eating it, let him have it" mode. He apparently loves balsamic vinaigrette.

There is a lot of Carolina Blue in this picture - must be a game day!

While his favorite instrument might be the xylophone, we're working on guitar too.

This is the closest thing to an 8 month picture we could manage. Joe has zero desire to sit in the chair, but is fully invested in trying to fling himself off of it.

We are getting some reprieves from winter - sometimes it is warm enough to be barefoot outside!

The tongue. A constant feature these days. I don't think he is exerting that much effort, but who knows?

Someone does not want to miss a thing while walking in the neighborhood.  He will sit, clutching this tray, his back nowhere near the seat, for a good 20 minute walk.
