This time of year certainly gets busy! For Thanksgiving we took the train to DC, where Joe did his first Turkey Trot strapped in the carrier with a very nice lady. (Frank and Evo did a 10k. They earned their turkey!)
Joe visited with lots of family,
and watched them eat a great meal,

followed by a battle of wits on the Scrabble board.
And of course, some books before bedtime.

Uncle Evo proved his babysitting skills while Frank & I watched the heels, and ate pizza from 2 Amy's. The Tar Heels won, but 2 Amy's lost to
Red Rocks Pizza, where we had been the night before.
On the way home, we discovered that Joseph was getting his first tooth!
It was a fun & weekend & we had a great time!
